Early in December the karate club had their "holiday party". It was our third one and we had a blast (mainly because we finally knew what was going on LOL!). It's a buffet (side dishes by the families) and then Sensei comes out dressed as "Sensei Claus". Ryan didn't seem too impressed, but when asked what he wanted for Christmas he did reply, "candy cane". (The child would sit and eat candy canes all day long if we would unwrap them for him!) Sensei passes out fruit candy canes to all the kids then reads a "karate version" that he's written of "The Night Before Christmas". If you look at the last picture toward the bottom middle you can pick out Sullen & Mouth in the photo (wearing a dark blue shirt & a red shirt). It's a really fun family gathering that Sensei & his wife put together for the karate club and we look forward to it each year!
