SITTIN' ON THE DOCK OF THE BAY....

So it's not quite the bay, OR a dock, BUT it popped into mind when I saw these pics I took of the kidlets out back one evening. Ryan was wearing his little pirate hat he'd made a family storytime at the library, and one of our neighbors had put his RC boat he'd built from a kit into the pond (ewwww!) & was letting all the neighbor kids run it. Hannah about had a conniption fit!



She kept running back & forth along the edge watching the boat move around. I was afraid she was going to take a dip to go after it & then Bill's boat would have been doggie bait!


When I saw this picture, it just made my heart warm. No matter how much he tries to act like he doesn't like his little brother, sometimes when Patrick does these little things like straightening out his paper pirate hat, you can just see how much he really does love his little twerpy!
