A recent class project was to create "heritage dolls". They had to be front & back decorated, and the samples I saw at Open House had fabric, doll hair, just all done up! We, however, being the family who always does massive projects, we were feeling lazy on this one and just did the oxen rider from the O family crest. As you can see, I even found someone in the Oxenrider family line that has a cafe press website up to sell their shirts & got one for Patrick to wear the day he presented his doll LOL!
