So I've been a bit of a Casper lately (ghost... you know, not writing.... get it??) on the blog. Now I'm trying to head into "catch up" mode, but it's easier said than done!
Anyway, my Mom (tried) to teach me that if I didn't have anything nice to say, I shouldn't say anything at all. Well, about a month ago, we went for family pictures. And had to leave. No, not because of the 2 year old (which would be expected), but because of the ALMOST 9 YEAR OLD.
So I hadn't blogged because I would have taken my written wrath out on Patrick. Seriously. The child is close to permanent banishment to his room here -- between Math class/homework and his little sullen smarttitude.... well, it's not been a bundle of joy around here, trust me!
Plus, Harry is doing a double weekend training thing with the Scout organization, that has him gone for two 3 FULL DAY weekends. It's been a REALLY ROUGH MONTH around here!
