We're doing okay!
H is booked with a client "locally", so he has a 2-1/2 hour drive each week -- which he prefers GREATLY to the airport hassle! He just took a week of "vacation" and did some side work for an old client in Baltimore. He's set through June and then we'll see what happens after that! He's also keeping really busy with all the Cub Scout activities, and all the parents comment ALL the time about what a great job he does with all the boys and meetings. This month's theme is "Cub Cafe", so tomorrow we'll be having the boys make their own snacks -- "No Bake Cookies". Then he plans to go out to dinner & a movie with Todd -- but guess who isn't allowed to leave the house until my kitchen is pristine????!!!!!???? (Ugh - seven boys, cocoa, sugar & oatmeal sound like a scary combination!!)
I'm just trying to keep my head above water with getting everyone where & when they need to be there. Between soccer practices, games and karate practices... and Cub Scout stuff... I think I spend a lot of time hauling R in & out of the car seat LOL! (But I don't DARE complain when I think about my Mom hauling MY rear to swim practices & meets all those years - no wonder they were so happy for me to get my driver's license LOL!) I really need to get started back scrapbooking but I just keep putting so many other things ahead of it. One of these days......
