Close to the house is a HUGE sunflower field. It's basically just a farm field FILLED with sunflowers. The kids' class went there a few weeks ago when the middle section was in bloom to "sketch" sunflowers. The front section has been in bloom for about a week now... We've been driving by saying we should stop to take some pictures (along with everyone else in C-ville) so on the way home from Oktoberfest, we did! (So see, Gramma, we finally did it!!)
