The boys are doing a section at school on fall leaves / trees... and now are rolling into a section on families, so "in between" we had "homework" to create a family tree. It truly WAS a family activity -- Mommy crumpled all the pieces of cardstock (because, after all - when's the last time YOU saw a flat smooth leaf??)... Gramma traced all the leaves & supervised the cutting... Mommy put in lots of time printing out headshots of family members, then Mommy & Gramma supervised the copying of names onto the leaves.... and Daddy got to supervise the gluing project!! (And yes, if you notice -- that *IS* Hannah with her own leaf!!)
