Today was Ryan's first Presidential Election!Yes, I was the (idiot) mother you saw at the polls at 7 am with 3 boys. (Taking pictures of them, nonetheless!) Yes, that was me, alrighty! Had them out of the house at 6:50 am, went through McDonald's, and then headed to the polls to join the neighbors in the MASSIVE lines! After waiting about 40 minutes and still being 30 folks back in line, and the boys having reached their limit (c'mon -- when they are BEGGING to GO TO SCHOOL you know it's bad LOL!) I took the plunge and did paper ballot. Just have to have faith in the democratic process, right?? Although here in Ohio that was probably a stupid ass decision to make....
Here's hoping the levy passes... the merger doesn't... and Obama WINS! (No, I resisted the impulse to write in Hillary -- didn't want to waste my vote on a lost cause :( !!! )
