We had "Beggar's Night" on the 30th (apparently they were afraid to conflict with high school football games or some other nonsense??).... The big boys are at the age where they just want to wear scary (stupid) masks. Ugh. They went with one of the neighbors while Ryan & I passed out candy.
I took Ryan to the houses in the cul-de-sac, and yes, this year I allowed him to actually accept candy! We figured he would stop & eat as he went, but he didn't -- just kept on the move! Hannah got to come outside for a bit to check out the pumpkins but then had to hang out inside. She was NOT happy with all the folks coming by & not petting her!

We don't get any trick-or-treaters anymore, so the dog has a quiet night.
