On Tuesday, the day before school started, the MOMS Club did an outing at a local dairy farm that is known for their ice cream. I have to admit that I was NOT impressed by the ice cream... but it was good. Just not better than what I've had at other places...and the boys even left ice cream behind, so I guess that is pretty telling, too. Oh well! We had fun on the putt-putt golf course, and we fed the goats (that's my hand LOL). It was pretty funny -- when we went into the barn, we walked around the pens they had set up in the front of the milking area, one had a turkey. When Kevin & Patrick turned the corner, Kevin about went FLYING out of the barn -- there was this HUGE turkey that started GOBBLING at him LOL! It was soooo hilarious! He was too nervous to go back into the barn after that!
