PAINTBALL

The past Memorial Day weekend was one of the annual jaunts to the Ruel Farm for paintball & camping games. Harry let the boys shoot bb guns, do archery & yes, PLAY PAINTBALL this year. (Thus the reason Michelle does NOT go -- she would be a kill-joy!!) Kevin proudly showed off his "initiation shot" -- the shooting of a paintball so they are aware how much it will hurt -- that was on his rear end. Apparently his Dad was the one to shoot him in the ass. (And I thought that *I* was the one who harbored secret desires like that!!) Patrick apparently ventured out from safety and got hit a few times, as he had more circle bruises on his body. (No comment.) They also went & got the tree and planted it in memory of Jim Ruel, but since he was digging holes & planting it, Harry didn't get a picture of it. Also didn't get a picture of the boys playing paintball, but apparently that was because he was too busy trying to find opportunities to shoot them in the ass. (And yes, that is jealousy you are reading into those words.....)
