Okay, so here's some birthday ideas for the bubbas, BUT... and this is a HUGE BUT.... These are the thinking Moms version of Pokemon cards, and you can rest assure that I am SICK & TIRED of Pokemon cards around here! Anyway, they're REALLY reasonably priced, just $15.99 for the box, and come in two versions (and lo & behold, if that wouldn't mean one set for one child, and one for the other... hmmm.....) -- Norse/Egyptian and then Celtic/Greek. With the camping the kids have been doing, I thought that these might be a neat little thing they could stick into their packs... It's a pen and a notebook that are weatherproof -- and the pen writes upside down & even underwater. Also saw them at Amazon & could probably find something comparable or actually them at Dick's Sporting Goods or someplace like that...
