TOO MUCH DAILY SHOW

Guess my kids have been listening to too much "Daily Show" [wink].

As we're in the car the other day working on "Brain Quest" cards, a question was:
"Is a Governor head of a country or a state?"

The boys guessed country (cut them a break - these are Grade 2 cards after all!) so we told them state, and then H asked what the name was of the person who is head of a country.

K: "George Washington."
H: "Well, yes, he was, but what's the TITLE of the person who runs the country?"
K: "President!"
H: "Do you know who the President is right now?"
K: "George Washington?"
H: "No, it's George Bush."
P: "STILL??!!!!!???"

At this point H looks over at me, trying not to laugh, and says, "WHAT have you been TEACHING THEM??!!????"
