SITTER S&M

Last night we had Sean come sit so we could go down the street for a neighbor's surprise 40th birthday party (she wasn't surprised).

Anyway, after about 30 minutes, P called on H's cell phone and said the baby wouldn't stop crying.

I immediately left, walked across front yards and in our front door, where Sean was waiting - SWEATING. The poor kid was actually SWEATING.

He then said, "I didn't know what else to do! I'm so sorry to bother you! I thought he might need changed so I took him in there, but then I realized that I don't know how to do that! Then I thought he might be hungry so the boys showed me where the bottles were but he won't eat! (He had made up this HUGE bottle LOL!) I just don't know what to do!"

Poor kid. So I took R, after about 10 minutes he calmed down and stopped those little post-hysteria sobs, and made sure Sean was okay LOL.

Just to be clear --
No, we aren't masochistic. We were two doors away and he said he wanted to try the baby.
No, we aren't masochistic. We had fed & changed the baby right before we left.
Yes, he's coming back another time LOL. (Just for the older boys though LOL!!)
