This morning I (once again) resisted the urge to wring Kevin's little neck.
There are two main fights in the house. One is over who sits at a certain chair at the kitchen table (even though it DOES NOT MATTER since I do not allow the TV on during mealtimes anymore)... the other is over who sits by the window in the school bus (because they are too short to see over the seats, so only the kid in the aisle seat can talk to anyone else).
We solved the kitchen chair problem by saying that each Sunday we switch, and that child gets the chair for the week (Sunday through Saturday). So I had a brainstorm. Whomever has "the chair" gets the window seat on the bus that week. Seems fair, you think?
Well, it *IS* fair until it is KEVIN'S turn to sit by the window.
This morning I ended up driving the little rugrat to school (got him there JUST as the bell rang) because he REFUSED to get on the bus. Wouldn't even leave the house; said he wasn't going to school. It took me almost an HOUR to get the kid to get into the van to go to school. Harry wants to know how he's going to get home. Poor Mr. Snyder... at least I told him this morning why Kevin wasn't at the bus stop, so he is "warned" LOL!!

Oh that little stinker! I am so sorry for you! Did he get home or is he still at school?
