One of the things the kids (& I!) did was have face painting done. Okay, so you really can't see it, BUT... Kevin is showing his cheek, which has a tweety bird dressed up like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (sigh...).... Patrick's arm that is stuck out in front of me has a TMN Turtle face on it.... and on the side of my calf is a blue & green "ying & yang" symbol.
So you're probably wondering about my blog title.

Okay, so the picture here is crappy, but it shows Harry with a raffle ticket. We decided to walk the 2+ blocks to the stadium instead of paying $5 to park near the place & we parked on the street, for FREE. When we walked in, we got hit up right away by a raffle lady. Since Harry just "saved" on parking, he said he'd do the 6 tickets for $5. Well, the overall day was a fundraiser for 'Newspapers In Education', and the first place raffle prize was a Split-The-Pot. Guess who won??? It was pretty funny, because he had handed me the tickets and I was checking the numbers as they were announced, and I just starting cracking up and said, "Hey - you WON!" He looked at me and said, "You're kidding." He FINALLY believed me & took off to claim his prize... which ended up being $302!! He seems to be liking hanging onto his big ole wad of $1's, $5's and $10's -- but the majority of it was $1's -- 102, to be exact LOL!

Aren't these two the cutest things ever? P on left; K on right.
